Whether you’re a customer or a provider, you can post an ad about your services (to find work) or your needs (to find help).

Searching, posting, bidding, and requesting are all absolutely free of charge!
Simply go to the “Search” page, choose the service name and press “SEARCH”. You’ll see a list of relevant providers. You can make bids and chat with as many providers as you want.
You can post an ad about your needs and have the providers offer you their best price. Start by choosing the name of the service. Then write a short description about your needs. Next, pick your desired date, time, location, budget, and upload some pictures. Finish off by pressing “REQUEST”. Your details will then be posted and all relevant providers will be notified. After providers bid on your post, you can chat with them to further understand each other. Then pick your best option.
On the “Search” page, choose a gig and press “SEARCH”. You will see a list of relevant jobs posted by clients themselves. You can make bids and chat with as many customers as you want.
If you want to post an ad about your services and have the clients purchase them, first choose a gig. Then write a short description about your services. Next pick your desired date, time, location, and pay amount. When choosing the date, you have two options; either pick a specific date (if it is a one-time thing or if you’re only available for that date), or you can choose “Reoccurring” (if you provide that service on a regular basis). Then press “POST”. Your details will then be posted. When customers search for your services they can find you on the search list. After a customer bids on your post, you can chat with them to further understand each other.
If you’re an individual provider or a business owner, you can go to “My Account”, click on “Profile (Provider)” and create a business profile. You will have the option to pick the industry in which you want to work, writing a description about your services and business, and choosing your business hours. By creating a business profile, you will be notified about every relevant request from customers even if you haven’t posted any ads.
After you (customers and providers) post an ad, you can go to the “List” menu. Under “My Posts” you can find your posts, you can edit/delete them, and you can view the bids made on them. Under “Bids” you can find other users’ posts that you have bided on and you can edit or cancel your own bids. Under “Scheduled” and “Completed”, you can find your scheduled and completed tasks.
